If a Claimant solicitor has suspicions about a claim being a fraudulent claim they will be able to access the database and search through the claims history relating to the suspect Claimant, this will give the Claimant solicitor useful information about the Claimant’s claims history in order to assess whether the claim they are dealing with is potentially fraudulent. This will of course help reduce the impact of fraudulent claims on the insurance industry and should in turn have an effect on insurance premium levels.
