Conveyancing Update 2010

When buying or selling a property one of the primary concerns is whether or not the solicitor can facilitate a smooth, easy and stress free transaction that will not take an inordinate amount of time. 

It can often be difficult for prospective clients to ascertain whether or not a firm can meet their own ambitions.  The Law Society will soon be launching a Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), designed to give clients are recognisable “kitemark” for firms providing a high standard of service.
