Will it cost me anything to make a Claim for Personal Injury?
Legal Aid is no longer available for most types of personal injury claim but there are a number of other ways in which your claim for personal injury compensation can be funded. The most common way to fund a personal injury claim is by the use of a Conditional Fee Agreement, this is also sometimes referred to as a ‘no win no fee agreement’ .
