Selina Martin Profile

Selina works as a Paralegal in the Personal Injury Department and is a Member of APIL (The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) accredited at Litigator level. She is also a Member of the Institute of Paralegals. She has recently been studying at the University of the West of England in association with Bristol Law School and has recently achieved full professional recognition at the highest level available in the UK.

Whilst Selina works on claims arising out of many different types of accident, her own caseload has a strong emphasis on claims for injuries arising out of road traffic accidents.

In recent months Selina has negotiated settlement of a large number of claims including:

£13,750 for a fractured pelvis and a soft tissue injury to the neck
£7,600 for a fracture of the ankle
£3,000 for a soft tissue injury to the wrist and associated whiplash
