Su is our CEO and divides her time between the Kempston and Stevenage offices. She has been with the firm since July 2004 and is responsible for the financial and operational management of the Practice. Su also oversees HR, staff matters, office issues and retention of Lexcel and Investors In People accreditations. Her previous experience was with a London law firm. Su is a Trustee of a Local charity, REACT Disability Group.
