Martin Addrison, Partner and Head of Commercial Department

Martin, our Head of Commercial Law, has been with the firm since 1988. He joined from a Central London practice and has significant experience that covering all aspects of commercial law. Particular specialties are business sale and purchase transactions including share and asset sales and purchases, and commercial leases. Martin also deals with residential leasehold legislation, including helping flat owners to enforce their rights to longer leases, to purchase the freeholds of their blocks and to take control of the management of their buildings. Martin is a trustee and secretary of Stevenage Community trust.
