Paul Williams - Solicitor

Called to the Bar in 2001, Paul transferred to be a Solicitor in 2003 and joined HilliersHRW in 2006. Paul specialises in Costs Litigation, particularly in Conditional Fee Agreement challenges and has undertaken this work on behalf of claimants and defendants in Court all across the country. Paul also prepares Bills of Costs for Detailed Assessment proceedings and provides training in contentious costs matters for staff members and for other firms of solicitors.
